There's a neat story behind these two pics...A professional photographer took these pictures while I was at the airport with my mother. I was looking out the window at the airplanes. The photographer thought I was so cute that he had to take a pic and sent my mother copies. :o)
This is me and my grandpa, "Doc" as we called him. He was always good at making up stories. Maybe that's why I love to write my own! As I grew up, and they moved nextdoor, I found myself sitting on the front porch with him, listening to one of his new stories, mostly just nonsense, but to a kid, it was fun. He was a very forgiving man (taught us a lot about forgiveness) andloved his grandchildren. I miss him.
